My yoga + meditation teaching spans over 10 years. I've worked with individuals and groups on a variety of themes including stress reduction, emotional wellbeing, work/life balance, feeling stuck or dissatisfied to finding purpose and happiness just to name a few.
My coaching style is holistic and personalised. There will be times when I offer practical guidance and powerful questioning to highlight patterns and unhelpful habits. There is also space for reflection, to listen and trust your own intuition.
We are all born beautifully unique. This journey is about knowing your whole self, both your strengths and weaknesses, your judgments, values and limits. Unpacking this offers a fresh perspective for what you want to carry into the future. This is a powerful foundation for creating a vision, map and life that truly fulfils.
